I believe AMD has a fairly flat management hierarchy; therefore I have a very close connection to my manager which allows me to be very productive. I also believe that this relatively flat structure has helped AMD be successful in product development. AMD also has an open door policy, that is at any time you should feel free to ask questions, this provides for great growth of younger designers as well as forcing senior designers to rethink previous technological decisions. Overall, AMD is the best place to work.
